Very nice place to live, lived here almost 1yr. The people in the office have always been very helpful and very professional. The maintenance team is outstanding, very quick to address all issues: discrepancies in apartment or making sure there is salt on sidewalks/stairs. Safe place and close to everything.

Safe and comfortable place to live

The Front Office staff is very friendly and professional. The grounds are AWESOME. Everything in the area is within a few minutes drive; grocery; theater; coffee; restaurants, public transportation. The Maintenance crew is ABOVE PAR.

I have lived here since 2009 and only had one complaint (about an upstairs neighbor), management took care of the situation quickly and exceeded my satisfaction, thank you!

Great location with anything you would need within a mile from you. For me, it's a perfect location in regards to work. Everything in the apartment seems brand new. An ideal place for me.

This is a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is cordial and always willing to satisfy the residents.

Jen does a great job with our maintenance department. The grounds are beautiful and when you need something for the apartment, she gets it done very fast! Kelly is an awesome business manager. When I stop by she as well as Lindsey will stop and talk for a few minutes. They always make you feel welcome.

The complex is "self-contained" not sprawled out over a large area. The club house and amenities are all within walking distance and in an "enclosed" area, and lit at night. The management goes out of their way to help you and makes you feel like you knew them forever.

It is all the comforts of home with the benefits of a hotel...swimming pool, fitness center, business center, and a movie room which is free to residents. It is maintenance free and the staff are wonderful. If you need anything they are always there to help! They listen. They also do parties from time to time so we can meet our neighbors and get to know each other. It is a safe place as well as very clean. I like that they do inspections from time to time. This keeps the image of a well manicured location.

Clean and well kept apartments. A staff who takes care of any needs. Very quiet apartments and very well kept.

I would advise them that these are very nice places. I do however wish the parking was not so limited. It is extremely difficult to find a reasonably distanced parking space at certain times.

Excellent Property, close to everything and the management is great.

I like how friendly the front office staff is. They have great customer service skills and solve any problem that I might have right away. The maintenance stafff is great too, when I put a work order usually it is done the same day.
